We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and drive enterprise-level application delivery initiatives within a Customer Engagement platform environment. This role requires strong expertise in Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and technical program execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and proven experience managing complex IT projects in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end technical project delivery from planning through implementation
Ensure adherence to Azure DevOps standards for task, defect, and time tracking
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives
Develop and maintain project roadmaps and delivery plans
Coordinate closely with Product Owners to align priorities and schedules
Track progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks
Identify risks/issues and proactively drive resolution
Coordinate across cross-functional and distributed teams
Define release scope and timelines ensuring timely delivery
Ensure compliance with QA processes and standards
Manage stakeholder expectations and communications
Support team growth, accountability, and performance improvement
Oversee vendor/supplier deliverables and ensure contractual compliance

Strong expertise in:
Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, SAFe
Proven experience leading technical project teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong experience in Agile project environments
