Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Position Overview:
The Senior Service Delivery Manager will lead project delivery activities across complex data center environments, guiding projects from aspiration through production. This individual will work with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to ensure high-quality delivery, technical alignment, and operational excellence in fast-paced environments focused on visual and parallel computing.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators
- Understand both high-level and low-level technical architectures to guide solution decisions
- Ensure company requirements are produced to standard and in a timely manner
- Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers
- Communicate and lead conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners
- Lead complex pre-deployment and deployment installations; report and escalate issues to appropriate operational stakeholders
- Manage communication of project changes and release notices to customers
- Document technical and operational procedures clearly
- Work irregular hours as required to support deployment cycles
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in project delivery management
- Minimum 5 years of field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products
- Hands-on experience supporting data center infrastructure deployments including compute and GPU platforms, network integration, cluster validation, and HPC validation frameworks
- Strong understanding of data center environments, servers, and network equipment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify issues and implement process-improvement solutions
- Leadership skills across broad, diverse technical teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with limited supervision
- Experience leading global projects and programs
