Key Responsibilities

• User Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support by resolving user issues submitted via the ServiceNow ticketing system.

  • Handle software installations for internal users and assist external users with workspace installations.

• Standards & Documentation:

  • Help maintain engineering software standards and documentation.

  • Determine optimal workflows using Bentley software and internal workspaces to achieve design and plan preparation goals.

  • Author best-practice documentation, including how-to guides and standard operating workflows.

• Training & Development:

  • Help develop, coordinate, and conduct CADD software and workspace user training sessions as needed.

• Technology & Process Optimization:

  • Investigate new and emerging CADD technologies, providing recommendations to management for implementation.

  • Document and revise existing and new business processes to align with software updates and requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years of combined experience in the following areas:

  • Documenting and revising business processes to meet CADD software requirements.

  • Supporting the development, testing, and implementation of CADD software for engineering personnel.

  • Working directly with CADD software (specifically Bentley OpenRoads Designer, Bentley OpenBridge, Bentley InRoads, MicroStation SS2, CAiCE, and Bentley MicroStation).

• Domain Preferences:

  • Public sector and/or transportation industry experience is strongly preferred.

  • A background in transportation engineering is considered a major plus.

• Programming Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Visual Basic is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Python is strongly preferred.
