Schedule: 9/80, every other Friday off (1 day work from home)
Salary: $160k - $190k + bonus + Restricted Stock Units
Summary of Position:
Reporting to the Director of ERP Systems this position is responsible for the maintenance, and optimization of the financial modules within our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the financial modules in the ERP system (GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management) ensuring its performance, scalability, and continuous improvement to support business operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in managing Oracle Fusion ERP systems, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Security and Access Control mechanisms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with business leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of GAAP accounting principals
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, OR a related field or equivalent work experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
- ERP System Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP systems to ensure alignment with business needs and organizational goals.
- System Support: Provide troubleshooting and assistance with issue resolution to the ERP Support Manager and Support staff for those issues pertaining to finance modules.
- Business Process Improvement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system automation and efficiency improvements using Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- User Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of Oracle Fusion applications and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, supply chain and IT to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion ERP with other enterprise systems.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, customizations, processes, and procedures. Ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, recommend and implement enhancements or optimizations, and ensure scalability for growing business needs
- Project Participation: Collaborate with project team on implementation of new Oracle offerings. Focus on ensuring modules of focus are configured according to business requirements.
- Security: Interface with IT security and business systems leadership to ensure roles required for business and admin functions are provisioned appropriately.
- Reporting: Collaborate with internal and external BI reporting teams to ensure reports are available to business users to drive informed decisions and ease of research.
- Update adoption: Stay informed of Oracle Quarterly updates and features which can be enabled to improve process and identify any changes which may negatively impact current operations.
Desired Skills:
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) or equivalent experience preferred in Fusion Financial modules.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle BI Publisher.
- Experience with JIRA for Project Management and Service Desk management
Working Conditions/Environment:
- Operates in a professional business casual office environment.
- In office presence Monday to Thursday every week. Fridays WFH
- Located in Denver or Houston (travel required to Denver once per month initially)
