Quality Engineer - Automation AI

Looking for a Quality Engineer who lives and breathes automation, is curious about AI-driven testing, and knows how to collaborate across borders without losing their mind.

This role is for someone who respects testing fundamentals but isn t stuck in 2012 someone who automates first, explores AI next, and communicates like a human.

What You ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and offshore QA teams to plan, test, and deliver features.
• Experiment with and apply AI-based testing tools and techniques to improve coverage, speed, and defect detection.
• Participate in test planning, defect triage, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate clearly across time zones and cultures, keeping quality aligned and releases on track.
• (Nice to have) Use any bond market or financial domain knowledge to better understand business workflows.

What We re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts in testing (POCs, pilot projects, tool evaluations formal expertise not required).
• Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals, test design, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, especially when working with offshore teams.
• (Bonus) Experience in bond markets or financial services is a plus but not a dealbreaker.
