AI Developer

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, .NET, Azure, and modern data platforms. This role is ideal for someone coming from a smaller or fast-paced environment where they were deeply involved in development, problem-solving, and endtoend delivery. You will join a multidisciplinary AI team composed of individuals with backgrounds in data science, machine learning, and AI experimentation.

This is a full on-site, 5daysperweek position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions using Python and .NET.
• Build and optimize cloud-based applications leveraging Azure services (AWS experience a plus).
• Work within Databricks to process and analyze massive datasets in a large-scale data warehouse environment.
• Utilize and integrate Microsoft Copilot tools to enhance development workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and AI enthusiasts.
• Apply strong critical-thinking skills to solve complex problems, evaluate model performance, and improve system efficiency.
• Communicate technical ideas and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take a hands-on approach to prototyping, testing, and iterating in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience with Python and .NET.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure cloud services and architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and large-scale data environments.
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Background in a smaller company or startup environment with significant ownership of technical work.
• Comfortable working on-site 5 days per week.
