Job Title: Oracle Cloud Technical Project Manager

Location- Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver Oracle Cloud (OCI / ERP / HCM / SCM) implementation and support projects. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation and upgrade projects
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources
Coordinate with functional and technical teams (Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, OCI)
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients
Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards
Track project progress and provide regular status reports
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Manage vendor and third-party relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
8+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in project management
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI / ERP / HCM / SCM)
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and integrations
Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification
Oracle Cloud certifications
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
Knowledge of integration tools (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs)
