Kinaxis Functional Consultant

Need an experienced Kinaxis Supply Planning Consultant to support a global pharmaceutical company''s planning organization. The resource will provide hands-on planning support, help document planning processes and assumptions, and support knowledge transfer activities as part of a broader planning transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Supply Planning and/or Raw Materials Planning activities within Kinaxis Maestro
• Manage planning exceptions, scenario analysis, and planning recommendations
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams
• Document planning assumptions, business rules, and operating procedures
• Develop training and knowledge transfer materials to support future onboarding activities
• Bring industry best practices and recommend process improvements where appropriate
• Support transition and capability-building efforts for offshore/global teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Experience in Supply Planning, Raw Materials Planning, or Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience
• Experience supporting planning transformations
• Exposure to demand planning, inventory planning, or S&OP/IBP processes
