responsibilities:

• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.

qualifications:

Required Qualifications

Full-Stack Development

7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.

Robust experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.

Generative AI Engineering

2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.

Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.

Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions.

Enterprise Application Development

5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.

Agile & Self-Starter Mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.

Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.
