Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation Techno-Functional Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, technical expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective sales compensation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure incentive compensation plans, plan components, performance measures, rate tables, and incentive formulas.
- Configure classification rules, assignment rules, credit rules, flexfields, and system setups.
- Manage data imports for users, transactions, rules, and goals using Oracle Import Management.
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud solutions.
- Develop enhancements, troubleshoot application issues, and optimize compensation processes.
- Create and maintain OTBI reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Configure, document, and test system changes, enhancements, and upgrades following Oracle methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective sales compensation solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and development activities.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.
- Strong understanding of classification, assignment, and credit rules.
- Experience configuring incentive formulas, compensation plans, plan components, performance measures, and rate tables.
- Knowledge of Oracle Import Management, flexfields, web services, and application setups.
- Experience with OTBI reporting, dashboards, and data models.
- Strong business analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials and compensation management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional delivery.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions.
