Senior Salesforce Engineer

Position: Sr Salesforce Engineer | Data Cloud | Apex | LWC
Location: New York City, NY  (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 months

Role Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud solutions, working across customization, integrations, and data transformation. You will play a key role in building highperformance, scalable systems supporting both realtime and batch processing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions across Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud platforms
• Work on custom development using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Batch processing
• Build and maintain realtime and eventdriven integrations
• Develop and optimize data models, security models, and analytics (CRMA)
• Implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
• Work with Data Cloud capabilities including data transformation, identity resolution, and data streams
• Design and support batch and realtime integrations across enterprise systems
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
• Follow best practices for version control and development workflows using GitHub and VSCode

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–12 years of handson Salesforce experience
• Strong expertise in:
  • Salesforce CRM (Data model, Security, Analytics)
  • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Batch
  • Integration patterns (realtime, batch, eventdriven)
  • Experience Cloud
• Handson experience with Salesforce Data Cloud:
  • Data Transformation & Data Streams
  • Calculated Insights
  • Identity Resolution
  • Zero Copy Federation
• Proficiency with VSCode and GitHub
• Comfortable working on a MacBook development environment
