Job Title: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Duration: Contract 

Job Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on OIC Lead who knows Oracle integrations inside out and can actually deliver—not just talk architecture. This role requires strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Apex, and PL/SQL, along with the ability to lead integration efforts across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Work closely with business and technical teams to define integration requirements
• Build and maintain integrations between Oracle Cloud, EBS, and third-party systems
• Develop and support applications using Oracle Apex
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions
• Handle REST/SOAP services, adapters, and event-driven integrations
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of integrations
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices guidance
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term fixes, not patchwork

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Apex development
• Deep expertise in PL/SQL development and performance tuning
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud / EBS integrations
• Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSLT
• Experience with OIC adapters (ERP, REST, FTP, DB, etc.)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle SOA Suite / ICS (legacy helps, but OIC is the focus)
• Knowledge of OCI services
• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with data migration and reporting tools

Leadership Expectations

• Own integration architecture end-to-end
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders—no jargon, just clarity
