About the Role
We are seeking an Oracle APEX Developer & Database Specialist with approximately 1–2 years of professional experience to support database development, Oracle APEX application development, and business-focused technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Oracle database design, data modeling, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX, along with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical, reliable solutions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, responsive, analytical, and interested in understanding both the technology and the business processes behind it.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database solutions, including data models, tables, views, procedures, functions, and related database objects.
Develop and enhance business applications using Oracle APEX.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL code.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Work directly with business users and stakeholders to understand needs and provide effective solutions.
Support application security, user roles, permissions, and access management.
Troubleshoot application and database issues and provide timely resolution.
Support and improve existing applications and database processes.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and iterative development activities.
Provide responsive technical support to users across multiple regions.
Take ownership of assignments from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of professional experience in Oracle database development and/or Oracle APEX development.
Strong knowledge of:
Hands-on experience developing applications with Oracle APEX.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Understanding of application security, user roles, permissions, and access management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and end users.
Strong sense of ownership, responsiveness, and customer service.

Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position based in Orlando, Florida.
Candidates must be able to work onsite in the Orlando office three (3) days per week. Remote-only candidates will not be considered.
Compensation & Contract
