Title: Talent Operations Program Manager

This position is part of the Talent Experience & Operations (TEO) team which designs and runs the infrastructure to deliver an outstanding talent experience from candidacy to onboarding and beyond. The role manages company wide initiatives while partnering with the broader Talent organization (Talent Management, Compensation, Finance, HR Business Partners, and Technology to name a few). You will be expected to be independent, collaborative and influential to lead improvements that are scalable and aligned to our culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of Operations projects, ensuring strategic alignment and tracking progress through close partnership with project owners and regional partners.
Visualize and articulate key problem statements along with a plan on next key steps and which stakeholders to involve.
Participate in, and lead where appropriate, strategic cross-functional projects for critical deliverables. Examples may include preparing for the annual compensation cycle and annual headcount planning efforts.
Establish and drive key success metrics for the organization and the portfolio of managed projects. This may include deriving key insights from talent analytics data, helping to set end state organizational design shape objectives, and effectively translating this information to our Talent team and business partners.
Utilize strong business acumen to understand the Talent priorities, goals and objectives and translate the talent agenda to operational, actionable plans.
Identify and surface areas of strategic misalignment, operational dependencies, resourcing needs, change management and communications expectations.
Own ongoing prioritization mechanisms, developing a transparent approach to communicate priorities and progress such that Talent teams can self-manage accordingly. Communicate priorities and progress as needed to ensure delivery of key stages and goals.
Develop and evaluate program effectiveness that includes a closed loop feedback process, pivoting program design and delivery as needed.
Identify gaps and lead projects where no single threaded owner is clear; unite various stakeholders to collectively address common pain points.
Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience as an Operations Program Manager or Project Manager or partnering with managers on data analytics, program management, or human resources.
Deep understanding of Workday configuration, best practices and delivery methodology.
Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and analysis.
Proven expertise in using data to tell stories and drive decision-making. Has excellent oral and written communication skills, paired with sound business judgment and the ability to adjust the style for various audiences to articulate complex issues clearly (including experience with memo writing and creating presentations).

You’ve had experience planning, leading, supporting, owning and scaling large cross-functional initiatives or broader Talent efforts through to end to end delivery. Making difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines.
Experience leading agile and design thinking workflows and operating methods.
Adept at the use of survey and assessment tools to identify business needs and measure the effectiveness of solutions as well as powerpoint and excel
Proven exceptional group process and facilitation skills.
