Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune and Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM). The specialist will be responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the organization's mobile device and endpoint management environment using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), and related Microsoft technologies.

The role involves configuring device enrollment, compliance policies, Conditional Access, application deployment, security baselines, Apple Business Manager integration, and Android Enterprise integration. Responsibilities also include migration support, troubleshooting, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and providing implementation recommendations aligned with applicable security standards.

The specialist will collaborate with IT teams to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment, endpoint security, and device management processes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Experience implementing Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP)/Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
• Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.
• Ability to troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, and compliance issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to IT staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in state government or public sector environments.
• Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning.
• Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards.
• Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure, or Endpoint Management.
• Experience integrating MDM solutions with ticketing or asset management systems.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
