Summary

Required: - 4+ years of experience working with Netcracker BSS/OSS platforms

- Strong understanding of telecommunications business processes (order-to-cash, trouble-to-resolve, etc.) - Hands-on experience with one or more Netcracker modules (Billing, CRM, OM, Product Catalog, Mediation) Experience working in client-facing consulting or delivery roles -

Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows - Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery methodologies

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with large Tier 1 telecom providers - Netcracker certifications - Exposure to cloud-based deployments and microservices architecture - SQL, Unix/Linux, or scripting experience - Experience supporting large transformation or modernization programs
