Key responsibilities in your new role

  • PackageDesign: Assist with the design and development of HiRel application packages
  • ProcessDevelopment: Support process development activities to ensure robust manufacturingworkflows
  • QualityStandards: Understand and ensure compliance with quality standards in packagingdevelopment
  • CADModeling: Utilize CAD software and 3D modeling tools to create packagingsolutions
  • Collaboration: Work withcross-functional teams to drive packaging activities and achieve project goals
  • SafetyCompliance: Ensure all safety requirements and protocols are followed duringproject execution
  • TechnicalDiscussions: Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to technicaldiscussions

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Education: Actively pursuing a Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, ChemicalEngineering, or a related field
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with CAD software (e.g.,SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) and 3D modeling tools
  • Materials Knowledge: Basic understanding of materialproperties and selection, especially those used in high-reliability (HiRel)environments
  • Quality Standards: Awareness of quality controlprocesses and standards in the context of packaging and manufacturing
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems,troubleshoot, and contribute to process improvements
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills to convey technical insights effectively
  • US citizen or holder: This position requires access to documentationthat is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates arerequired to provide proof of either ship, Permanent US residency, orclassification as a protected individual as defined in 81324b(a)(3).

Salary pay information:
LocationIndicative salary rangeLeominster, MA, United StatesWage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
US$25.50 - US$31.00

Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
