Power Automate/Platform Developer - Healthcare domain*

• Bachelor's / Master s degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
• 8 -12 years overall IT experience, with 4+ years in Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security roles, and environment management
• Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, JSON, and HTTP actions
• Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure AD) is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD and ALM using Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, or GitHub
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Healthcare domain background / experience is desired

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows), Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps), and Power Platform components.
• Lead end-to-end automation initiatives including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Develop complex workflows integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
• Create reusable components, connectors, and templates following best practices and governance standards.
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization for Power Automate flows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) standards.
• Support Power Platform administration activities including environment strategy, DLP policies, and solution deployments.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
