Job Description:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in test automation.
- Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java, Python, or a similar programming language.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber/BDD framework and Gherkin syntax.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, ALM/Quality Center).
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD integration.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Banking/financial services domain experience is a strong plus (e.g., core banking, payments, lending, credit cards, fraud/risk systems, or trading platforms).
- Experience with API automation tools (RestAssured, Postman, SoapUI).
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
- Knowledge of database testing and SQL query writing.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA/testing certification(highly Preferred).
- Experience working in regulated, high-compliance, or mission-critical environments.
