SAP Technology team within Apple is responsible for managing a large set of SAP systems, some the one of the biggest and busiest in the world. These systems support critical business functions within Apple. This team is technical owner of SAP landscapes. The team is primarily responsible for system scalability, availability, performance, Infrastructure security and Software life cycle management. \n\nWe are looking for highly hands-on candidate with intellectual curiosity and deep knowledge on RCA and recommending and implementing best SRE/DevOps methodologies and ability to solve complex issues with creative ideas.\n
5 years of experience in DevOps/SRE, build/release/deployment automation.\n5 years of experience in improving CI/CD tools, processes and procedures as required.\n5 years of experience in designing and building CI/CD pipeline with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and Kubernetes.\n5 years of experience in Spark, Kafka, Zookeeper, Redis and other in-memory technologies is an added advantage.\n5 years of experience in Oracle database and PL/SQL is required.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience with MongoDB, Other NoSql databases \nGood understanding of micro-services architecture.\nExperience with container based technologies such as EKS , GKE , Docker and Kubernetes\nKnowledge on AWS services including VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, CloudWatch, S3, RDS, Route53.\nDemonstrated ability to write programs using a high-level programming languages or scripting, such Java,JS,Python,Shell etc.\nExceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex Unix/Linux systems environment and applications implementations.\nExperience with logging infrastructure and using tools such as Splunk\nAbility to build tools from scratch when needed\nExceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating across many participating teams.
