Job Title: Saviynt EIC Technical Architect / SME
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 06+ Months
Job Summary
We are looking for a senior hands-on Saviynt EIC Architect/SME with strong implementation experience and good client-facing communication skills.
This person should be able to work directly with business and technical stakeholders, explain Saviynt capabilities, conduct solution walkthroughs/demos, and also go deep technically when discussing architecture, integrations, migrations, troubleshooting, and real implementation scenarios.
Key areas they are looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC)
- Saviynt architecture, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Application onboarding and integrations using Active Directory, JDBC, REST/Web Services, APIs, and Delimited File connectors
- Strong understanding of JML, access requests, approval workflows, provisioning/deprovisioning, roles, entitlements, RBAC, and SoD
- Hands-on experience with access reviews / certification campaigns, including Manager, Application Owner, Entitlement Owner, and User certifications
- Experience designing and troubleshooting Saviynt workflows, provisioning logic, integrations, and identity lifecycle processes
- Experience with legacy IGA to Saviynt migrations, including assessment, solution design, data/integration migration, testing, cutover, and validation
- Ability to analyze complex technical scenarios and explain the actual implementation approach, architecture decisions, troubleshooting steps, and lessons learned
- Strong understanding of Saviynt best practices and ability to recommend the right technical solution rather than only discussing IGA concepts
- Comfortable leading technical discussions, customer workshops, solution walkthroughs, and Saviynt demonstrations with business owners and technical teams
- Strong communication skills, but this is not just an advisory role — deep hands-on Saviynt technical experience is critical
The interview is expected to include scenario-based technical questions, so they are specifically looking for someone who has personally implemented and troubleshot Saviynt and can speak in detail about real projects.
