Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Developer Relations & Change Management Consultant to support the successful rollout and adoption of Claude, including Claude Code, within a large enterprise environment.
This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of developer enablement, AI adoption, change management, training, stakeholder engagement, and governance-aware rollout execution. The person will help drive adoption across technical and business user groups, with a particular focus on enabling developers, engineering teams, and enterprise users to effectively and responsibly use frontier AI tools.
The ideal candidate will combine the strengths of a developer-facing enablement / DevRel profile with the structure and discipline of a change management consultant. They should be comfortable engaging engineering teams, creating practical technical enablement content, running adoption programs, supporting governance-aligned usage, and measuring the impact of AI adoption for leadership.
This role is especially suited to someone who understands Coding Assistants and AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft Copilot, and can help organizations operationalize them in real enterprise workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- developer relations
- developer enablement
- technical adoption
- change management
- digital transformation
- enterprise training / enablement
- AI adoption consulting
- Strong familiarity with frontier AI tools such as:
- Claude, Claude Code
- ChatGPT, Codex
- GitHub Copilot
- Microsoft Copilot
- Experience working with developers, engineering teams, or technical user groups in adoption, enablement, or rollout settings.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience designing training programs, workshops, onboarding assets, and practical enablement materials.
- Ability to create high-quality artifacts such as playbooks, FAQs, do's and don'ts, guidance notes, decks, and usage materials.
- Strong stakeholder management capability with experience working across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and enterprise controls for AI usage.
- Experience tracking adoption metrics and presenting business impact to leadership.
