Location: Dallas, TX / Tampa, FL (Onsite) | 6 Months Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Security Pentester with strong expertise in application security, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment. The ideal candidate will perform security testing across web, mobile, network, and thick client applications while providing technical guidance and actionable remediation recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform application security assessments and penetration testing.
Conduct technical scoping of security testing activities.
Perform manual exploitation and validation of vulnerabilities across multiple platforms.
Assess vulnerability data to eliminate false positives and provide accurate findings.
Provide consultative guidance and remediation recommendations to customers.
Support code assessments and network infrastructure security testing.
Develop and enhance security testing tools and scanning configurations.
Escalate critical security risks and vulnerabilities to management.
Drive continuous improvement of vulnerability management services.
Review test cases and support secure development practices.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Penetration Testing.
Strong expertise in Application Security.
Excellent communication and consulting skills.
Strong understanding of CVSS scoring.
Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with vulnerability assessment and exploitation.
Knowledge of scripting and automation using Python.
