Job Overview:
Pay Range: $75.88hr - $80.88hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in related fields: applications support, application administration, IT operations, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, applications, and business processes quickly.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Develop familiarity with responsible AI principles, data governance, and model lifecycle concepts.
- Proactiveness to identify and ability to drive process improvements to completion and long-term implementation.
- Bonus: Prior Geoscience oil and gas work experience, SharePoint expertise, and basic python coding/dashboarding skills.
Responsibilities:
- General portfolio management application onboarding, evaluation support, and retirement stewardship.
- Security & Controls stewardship Risk Assessment assistance, Vulnerability Assessment Test assistance, etc.
- Registering new AI Use Cases.
- Ardoq information updates and maintenance assistance.
- SCA for SharePoint sites.
- Identify, prioritize, and drive optimization opportunities for team efficiency and effectiveness application groups, software onboarding, software evaluation process, etc.
- License management Including stewarding upgrade activities, dongle management, etc.
- Upgrade monitoring application group management, application packaging follow-ups, etc.
- Stewarding, but not approving, software maintenance and invoice information.
- Disaster Recovery and Disaster Recovery test planning as needed.
