Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (JDEdwards/Oracle Fusion (Boundary Systems))
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite- 4 Days/Week from Office)

Role Overview
Partner with the Operations Boundary Systems Lead to lead current-state discovery, documentation, impact assessment, technical specification development, and planning activities supporting Client’s Oracle Fusion transformation program. This role may evolve into broader operational leadership of the Operations Boundary Systems domain depending on program needs.
Leadership Support Model.
• Partner with the Operations Boundary Systems Lead to provide hands-on leadership across discovery, documentation, impact assessment, and execution planning.
• Support coordination across business stakeholders, BRMs, BSAs, application owners, and technical SMEs.
• May assume broader operational leadership of the domain depending on program needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead current-state assessment and documentation of JDE, QAD, AS400-based applications, and related operational systems.
• Build and validate application profiles, business process maps, entity flows, integration inventories, and system dependency documentation.
• Assess impacts resulting from Oracle Fusion design decisions and future-state architecture delivered by Infosys.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, remediation requirements, and supporting documentation needed to execute changes to impacted operational applications.
• Facilitate workshops with application owners, business stakeholders, BRMs, BSAs, and technical SMEs to identify impacts, risks, dependencies, and remediation requirements.
• Help create execution plans, resource requirements, governance routines, and system retirement strategies for impacted operational applications.
Required Experience & Skills
• 10+ years leading ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, distribution, or operations transformation initiatives.
• Deep JDE experience required.
• Strong AS400/iSeries experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing, inventory, order management, procurement, supply chain, and distribution processes.
• Experience supporting ERP replacement or modernization programs involving legacy ERP environments.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, technical specification, and technical leadership skills.
