Description

• The Life Systems team is seeking a BA to help with one of there smaller teams that is experiencing growth due to the high demands.
• Gathering requirements, working with the business, end customers, and having strong communication skills in meetings with stakeholders is very important for success.
• Some with strong communication skills that has the confidence to reach out to stakeholders, set meetings with them, gather requirements, document, and bring them back into reporting and create business outcomes is important on for this role,

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and define business requirements and rules based on business decisions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to implement and support business requirements.
• Gather and analyze information from various sources (interviews, workshops, surveys, documentation).
• Translate high-level information into detailed, actionable requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business, technology, and QA teams.
• Coordinate and support testing efforts.
• Organize and lead meetings across departments.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lansing, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
