Lead end-to-end SAP EAM implementations, from requirements gathering and business workshops through design, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and post-go-live support.
Provide hands-on functional expertise in SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance (PM), Service Management (SM), and Project Systems (PS).
Assess current-state business processes, identify gaps, and define future-state SAP EAM processes and solutions.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, functional testing, and defect resolution.

Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, clients, vendors, project managers, functional teams, and technical teams.
Lead complex solution decisions and validate deviations from standard SAP functionality to ensure strong business justification and ROI.
Support SAP EAM solutions across both new implementations and existing production/support environments.
Participate in acquisition and merger integration activities, including transitioning newly acquired businesses onto existing SAP platforms.
Support integration of SAP EAM with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, CRM, and PS, as well as third-party applications.
Provide user training, knowledge transfer, documentation, and post-go-live support.
Identify engagement risks, dependencies, resource requirements, deliverables, and overall project economics.
Work independently and serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior consultants and team members.
10+ years of experience designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise asset management solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP EAM / SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
Proven SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation experience.
Experience with SAP PM/SM and PS processes.
Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, including greenfield and/or brownfield projects.
Strong experience with SAP EAM solution architecture, functional design, configuration, and integration.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and business integrations onto existing SAP platforms.
Experience with modern SAP implementation methodologies and technology patterns.
Strong understanding of integration between SAP EAM and other enterprise modules, including MM, FI, CRM, and PS.
Experience integrating SAP EAM with third-party applications.
Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
