Role: AIX/Linux Administrator

Looking for with AIX as primary skill set and Linux being secondary with AWS experience
This role leads the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of critical cloud and infrastructure operations using AIX, RedHat Linux, Ansible, and containerization technologies. The individual drives operational excellence in large-scale environments, ensuring robust service delivery, process innovation, and alignment with client objectives through technical leadership and people management.
Responsibilities:
1. Architect and optimize operational workflows using AIX and Ansible, driving automation and process improvements to enhance service delivery and compliance with organizational standards.
2. Develop and implement advanced clustering solutions with AIX and Kubernetes to ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of production systems.
3. Lead incident and problem management processes utilizing Azure Cloud monitoring and Kubernetes observability tools, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis for critical issues.
4. Mentor and guide support teams in deploying and managing containerized workloads on Kubernetes, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and translate client requirements into actionable solutions using Ansible playbooks and infrastructure-as-code practices.
6. Champion innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies in cloud, automation, and container orchestration, driving continuous service improvement and business value.
7. Oversee compliance, security, and governance of cloud and Linux environments, aligning operations with best practices and regulatory requirements.

2. Advanced Experience With Redhat Cluster Setup, Management, And Optimization
3. Expert Understanding Of Kubernetes For Container Orchestration In Production Environments

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
