Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of education or experience in information security, privacy, system or network administration and support, or application development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience providing both front-end and back-end technical support for third-party application products.
• Experience with deployment, implementation, application modification, and application error debugging.
• Strong hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving application issues.
• Experience with application deployment and configuration.
• Experience with scripting, data analysis, SQL, and stored procedures.
• Advanced technical skills required for senior-level application support.
• Ability to independently provide technical support to computer users in an assigned office or geographic area.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Experience:

• Experience supporting Agile Assets / Trimble Asset Management system strongly desired.
• Experience working with Java-based third-party web applications preferred.
• Experience developing and conducting training programs for software and hardware users preferred.
• Experience leading assigned tasks and training junior staff preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing management information system user support by phone or site visit.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues.
• Analyze and design software modifications to meet user needs.
• Support third-party application products on both front-end and back-end systems.
• Perform deployment, implementation, and application modifications.
• Debug application errors and resolve complex technical issues.
• Configure applications and support deployment processes.
• Perform scripting, data analysis, and develop SQL and stored procedures as needed.
• Develop and conduct training programs for software and hardware users when required.
• Own assigned tasks and provide timely resolution.
• May serve as a lead resource and train staff.
