Role: Business Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Long term
Must-Have:
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets (non-negotiable)
- Solid analytics + reporting experience
- Exposure to finance/accounting operations (reconciliation, seller/vendor payouts, etc.)
- Ability to work within structured, predefined processes
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
Core Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and seller-level reporting
- Create and maintain analytics reports (primarily Excel / Google Sheets)
- Identify issues and adjust seller-level data using internal tools
- Support ongoing program operations and reporting needs
- Deliver insights and findings through structured presentations (team + director level)
- Handle ad hoc analysis and internal documentation
