**Key Qualifications:**

- 5 to 7+ years of hands-on project management experience with IT projects of at least $150K.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery from initiation to completion.
- Skilled in MS Project with an understanding of effort-driven project planning techniques.
- Strong leadership qualities with an ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Demonstrated capability in managing vendors and executing Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Exceptional ability to communicate at all organizational levels with clarity and conciseness.
- Experience in tracking and forecasting project financials, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- A strong customer-focused approach, with an emphasis on building collaborative relationships.
- Willingness to develop a technical understanding of involved systems and data flows.
- Open to learning and utilizing new project management tools as technologies evolve.
