Summary
- Application Development: Develop custom modules and extensions within the Netcracker framework using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
- API Design & Implementation: Build and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate communication between Netcracker, BSS, and external downstream systems.
- Data Modeling: Implement and extend the Netcracker Information Model (based on TMF SID) to support new product features and service catalog items.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Manage the software lifecycle of OSS components, including automated unit testing, containerization (Docker/K8s), and deployment pipelines.
- System Integration: Develop complex logic for Order Management (OM) and Service Inventory to automate the translation of business orders into technical commands.
- Performance Engineering: Optimize SQL queries and Java code to ensure the OSS platform can handle real-time service activation at scale.
- Background: 6-8 years of professional software development experience, specifically within the Telecom domain.
- Integration Expert: Proven track record of integrating Netcracker with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, or homegrown BSS).
- Architectural Literacy: Ability to read and contribute to high-level design documents (HLDs) and translate them into Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
- Mindset: You treat "Infrastructure as Code." You are obsessed with clean, maintainable code and wouldn't dream of pushing to production without a solid unit test.
