Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in the Telecom domain to lead customer engagements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, building strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Project Delivery Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects
- Ensure:
- Timelines are met
- Quality standards are maintained
- Handle multiple engagements simultaneously
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with:
- Internal teams (delivery, engineering, business)
- External stakeholders (clients, partners)
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones
Business Growth & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for:
- Process improvements
- Upselling / cross-selling services
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks and dependencies
- Implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure smooth execution under pressure
Required Skills

- Strong experience in:
- Customer Engagement / Client Management
- Proven experience managing:
- Large-scale telecom engagements
Domain Expertise
- Telecom domain knowledge:
- Network / OSS / BSS
- Telecom operations / solutions
Project Management
- Experience with:
- Project delivery methodologies
- Agile / Waterfall
Soft Skills
- Excellent:
- Communication
- Negotiation
- Stakeholder management
Experience Required
- 7+ years of experience in:
- Engagement Management / Client Delivery
- Telecom domain experience is mandatory
Preferred Skills
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience with:
- CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.)
