Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager with a strong background in the Telecom domain to lead customer engagements and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, building strong client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for business growth.



Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention



Project Delivery Management

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects
  • Ensure:
    • Timelines are met
    • Quality standards are maintained
  • Handle multiple engagements simultaneously



Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with:
    • Internal teams (delivery, engineering, business)
    • External stakeholders (clients, partners)
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones



Business Growth & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for:
    • Process improvements
    • Upselling / cross-selling services
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives



Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify project risks and dependencies
  • Implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure smooth execution under pressure



Required Skills

Core Skills

  • Strong experience in:
    • Customer Engagement / Client Management
  • Proven experience managing:
    • Large-scale telecom engagements



Domain Expertise

  • Telecom domain knowledge:
    • Network / OSS / BSS
    • Telecom operations / solutions



Project Management

  • Experience with:
    • Project delivery methodologies
    • Agile / Waterfall



Soft Skills

  • Excellent:
    • Communication
    • Negotiation
    • Stakeholder management



Experience Required

  • 7+ years of experience in:
    • Engagement Management / Client Delivery
  • Telecom domain experience is mandatory



Preferred Skills

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience with:
    • CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.)
    • Customer success platforms
