Job Overview: The Developer III will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing web solutions that enhance user engagement and functionality. This position requires a strong understanding of web design, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, page optimization, search engine optimization, and development/testing. The ideal candidate will work in an Agile/Scrum delivery model and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities: - Lead design solutions, solution blueprints, and hands-on coding for Conversational AI, chatbot/web chat solutions, and cloud-native web applications.
- Collaborate with technology leads, developers, business SMEs, UX designers, and stakeholders to define technical deliveries.
- Drive integration of voice and web-based channels with back-end systems, APIs, and analytics platforms.
- Coordinate with cloud infrastructure teams (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance deployments.
- Design and architect API integrations between internal platforms, external systems, and cloud services.
- Develop web applications and sites that engage and retain visitors.
- Provide guidance on industry best practices, guidelines, and governance for web applications and websites.
- Manage requirements for cross-browser compatibility and page optimization.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure end products are delivered with quality outcomes.
- Perform benefit analysis for IT solutions and make recommendations for technology direction.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments in web application technologies.
- Supervise and direct staff as assigned, including participation in recruiting and performance reviews.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in Contact Center CX platforms.
- Proven experience delivering IVR, web chat, and AI-powered virtual assistant solutions.
- Solid technical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), APIs, CI/CD, web technologies, and DevOps practices.
- Mastery of modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JS frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Angular.js).
- Knowledge of responsive web design, fluid layouts, and mobile interfaces.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation abilities.
- Knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, and OAuth.
- Experience with programming languages such as Node.js and Python.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and version control tools like Git.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping, persona design, and voice UX best practices.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) in cloud and CX solutions.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of NLP/NLU, LLMs, or Generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock).
- Experience in Conversational AI domains and AI/ML-based initiative rollouts.

Pay Range: $65 - $70
