Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and cloud spend management programs across engineering and operations teams.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and financial tracking for infrastructure initiatives.
• Partner with Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Finance, and Procurement teams to optimize infrastructure costs.
• Monitor and analyze cloud consumption, vendor contracts, licensing, and operational expenditures.
• Establish governance frameworks for infrastructure utilization, cost controls, and resource optimization.
• Manage large-scale technical programs involving cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and capacity planning.
• Create executive-level dashboards, reports, KPIs, and program status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks/dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive process improvements for infrastructure planning, vendor management, and operational efficiency.
• Support FinOps initiatives and implement best practices for cloud financial management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Infrastructure Program Manager.
• Strong experience managing infrastructure spend, cloud cost optimization, or FinOps programs.
• Hands-on understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform infrastructure environments.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of cloud operations, platform engineering, networking, storage, and compute infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience using tools such as Apptio, CloudHealth, Cloudability, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure programs in fast-paced environments.
