Job Title: Lead .NET Developer (Hands-on)

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tue–Thu)
Lenexa, KS or Lubbock, TX

Experience:12+yrs

Role Overview
Hands-on Lead Developer responsible for coding, code reviews, and technical leadership. Acts as a liaison between onshore and offshore teams.

Must be US-based - Relocation is fine
Look for 12+ years of experience and lead experience should be 5+ years
Project
Multi-year rebuild of a complex agriculture finance system
Focus on backend logic and data processing
Key Skills
.NET Core (must-have)
Blazor WebAssembly (must-have)
SQL Server (solid knowledge)
Angular (nice to have)
Responsibilities
Hands-on development (full-stack, backend-heavy)
Lead and review offshore team (2–6 members)
Ensure code quality and architecture standards
Collaborate with BAs, PMs, and internal teams
Coordinate across onshore/offshore teams
Requirements
Strong .NET Core experience
Blazor experience (big plus)
SQL Server knowledge
Experience leading offshore teams
Strong communication and ownership
Key Notes
Not just a developer – needs to be hands-on lead
Strong focus on code reviews and quality
Offshore coordination and communication are critical
Client values leadership and depth over just technical skills
