Technical Support Engineer ll
Responsabilidades:El Ingeniero de Soporte Tcnico II es responsable de proporcionar soporte tcnico especializado y asistencia en la gestin de sistemas de refrigeracin comercial. Sus funciones clave incluyen el monitoreo de los sistemas de refrigeracin, la solucin de problemas de manera remota. Este rol garantiza la continuidad operativa de los sistemas de refrigeracin en tiendas comerciales y mejora la experiencia del cliente mediante una respuesta rpida y efectiva a fallas, alarmas e incidencias.
Garantizar la operatividad y eficiencia de los sistemas de refrigeracin en sitios comerciales, brindando soporte tcnico de alta calidad, respondiendo efectivamente a alarmas y fallas, y generando reportes precisos de incidencias para asegurar la continuidad de la operacin y la satisfaccin del cliente.
Funciones:- Brindar soporte tcnico y solucin de problemas en sistemas de control de refrigeracin.
- Atender llamadas telefnicas para dar soporte remoto a clientes, resolver fallas y proporcionar orientacin inmediata sobre alarmas de refrigeracin.
- Monitorear y gestionar alarmas generadas por el sistema de refrigeracin, priorizando incidencias crticas y asegurando una respuesta oportuna.
- Ejecutar y documentar pruebas de desempeo de equipos y sistemas de control de refrigeracin. Generar reportes detallados de fallas e incidencias, documentando las causas, acciones correctivas y recomendaciones de seguimiento.
- Colaborar en la optimizacin de sistemas de refrigeracin y gestin de energa para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
- Desarrollar y actualizar informes y bases de datos de desempeo para su anlisis y toma de decisiones.
- Proporcionar entrenamiento tcnico a nuevos miembros del equipo y capacitacin a clientes en el uso de sistemas de monitoreo de refrigeracin, as como la interpretacin de alarmas.
- Generar manuales, guas de resolucin de fallas y buenas prcticas, as como infografas para usuarios finales.
Requisitos Basicos:- Tecnico en Sistemas de Refrigeracion, Ingenieria en Control y Automatizacion, Ingenieria Mecanica o afin. (Deseable).
- Excel Avanzado.
- Ingles Intermedio.
- Conocimiento / Experiencia en Sistemas de control de aire acondicionado, PLC, iluminacin.
