  • Design with an understanding of React component structures and responsive behavior.
  • Provide documentation that supports efficient component handoff.
  • Iterate on components based on engineering and product feedback.
AI & Continuous Improvement
  • Explore opportunities to use AI tools for greater efficiency, consistency, and documentation quality.
  • Contribute to evolving and scaling the design system with new ideas.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers across teams.
  • Clearly communicate design intent, guidelines, and usage best practices.
  • Offer constructive feedback to teams adopting the design system.
  • Help guide teams on when and how to apply system components effectively.
What We're Looking For
Experience
  • 3-6 years in UI or product design.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with React-based design systems.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
  • Experience in Agile product environments.
Professional Skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a contract environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow system-related or technical skills.
