Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Create and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, sprint, and API testing to validate application behavior.
- Log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Validate application data using SQL queries and database testing techniques.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to resolve defects and support testing activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint demos, and project discussions.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, execution reports, and testing artifacts.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
5+ years of experience in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, API Testing, Defect Management, SQL Validation, and Agile software development, with hands-on experience creating test cases, executing test cycles, validating application functionality, and supporting software quality assurance initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and software testing best practices.
- Exposure to automation testing frameworks is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
