We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft.

Industrial Engineering
We have an opening for an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our Industrial Engineering - Projects team in Fort Worth, TX.
This highly collaborative position will partner with Operations, Programs, Facilities, Engineering, and outside vendors and suppliers.
What you'll be doing as an Industrial Engineer:
Lead the strategic planning and optimization of facilities and equipment, ensuring alignment with capital investment strategies to support operational efficiency and long-term growth.
Design and implement factory layouts and workflows that maximize productivity, minimize waste, and adhere to lean manufacturing principles, driving continuous improvement across operations.
Conduct detailed assessments of man, machine, and tool capacities while forecasting labor requirements to meet production demands and ensure resource availability.
Develop comprehensive business cases to support decision-making and lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Able to self-initiate tasks and courses of action to develop scope of work, resource estimates, progress metrics, and communication cadence for overall project management to meet mission critical objectives.
Create impactful presentations to communicate findings and recommendations while supporting various industrial engineering functions as needed to address organizational challenges.
Assist in the design of an Industry 4.0 manufacturing factory that optimizes total cost, throughput, & first pass yield for flight critical products.
Skills You Bring to This Role:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other Engineering disciplines required.
5+ years experience in industrial engineering required. Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in AutoCAD or CAD equivalent (Catia, 3DX, Enovia, Delmia) preferred.
SAP experience, Project Management experience, and Factory Simulation experience preferred.
Ability to interact with a wide range of technical fields and manufacturing disciplines.
