Key Skill Requirements
The client is specifically looking for candidates with:
• Hands-on configuration experience
o Must have worked directly on Audience Builder tools (Adobe AEP, Audience Manager, CDP, etc.)
o Not just campaign usage — actual setup and configuration is required
• Strong data logic understanding
o Ability to define audience rules using behavioral and attribute-based conditions
o Understanding of:
§ Segmentation logic
§ Data mapping and schema
§ Identity stitching concepts
• Integration experience
o Experience integrating data from:
§ CRM systems
§ Web/app analytics
§ Third-party data sources
o Activation across channels (marketing tools, ad platforms)

• Candidates are required to provide a demo video showcasing:
o Their implementation work
o Audience configuration and setup
o Explanation of data logic used in segmentation
