Your role and responsibilities

As a Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce, you will design, implement, and evaluate Salesforce solutions within the broader Salesforce ecosystem. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and proficiency in various software development methodologies to drive business outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead Business Discussions: Lead business and functional discussions with clients and internal teams to ensure Salesforce implementations align with client business needs. This involves understanding client requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions that meet their objectives.

Design Salesforce Solutions: Design Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer engagement, and maximize return on investment. This requires applying your expertise in Salesforce and software development methodologies to create tailored solutions.

Implement Salesforce Solutions: Implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time. This involves collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

Evaluate Salesforce Solutions: Evaluate the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. This involves analyzing data, gathering feedback, and refining solutions to optimize results.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

Salesforce Platform Expertise: Experience with the Salesforce platform, including its features, functionality, and best practices for implementation and optimization.

Software Development Methodologies: Experience in various software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with the ability to apply them to Salesforce solution design and implementation.

Solution Design and Implementation: Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business outcomes, including improving efficiency, customer engagement, and return on investment.

Business Requirements Analysis: Experience analyzing business requirements and developing solutions that meet client objectives, including identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing results.

Technical Leadership: Experience leading technical discussions and collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Proficiency in Additional Methodologies: Experience with other software development methodologies beyond Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, enabling adaptability in Salesforce solution design and implementation.

Advanced Salesforce Features: Familiarity with advanced Salesforce features and functionality, allowing for more complex solution designs and implementations.

Industry-Specific Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific challenges and trends, facilitating the creation of tailored Salesforce solutions that address unique business needs.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
