About the Role

We are looking for an experienced [Lead / Senior] iOS Engineer to take ownership of our mobile experience. In this role, you will drive the architectural decisions that shape our iOS platform, mentor a team of talented engineers, and build feature-rich, high-performance applications used by [Number] users.

You won't just be writing code; you will be defining how we write code. You will bridge the gap between product requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our app is scalable, maintainable, and deeply user-centric.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Build: Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit. ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

• Technical Ownership: Take ownership of the entire mobile development lifecycle—from brainstorming and architecture design to deployment and monitoring.

• Quality First: Champion code quality through strict code reviews, automated testing (Unit & UI), and robust CI/CD pipelines.

• Modernization: Drive the migration from legacy code (if applicable) to modern standards (e.g., UIKit to SwiftUI, Combine/Async-Await).

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to evaluate the technical feasibility of new features and ensure adherence to Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.

• [Lead Focus] Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

• [Lead Focus] Strategy: Collaborate with engineering leadership to define the long-term mobile roadmap and technical debt strategy.

What You’ll Need

• Experience:

  • Senior: 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.

  • Lead: 7+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or mentoring role.

• Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Swift and the iOS ecosystem (Foundation, Core Data, Core Animation, etc.).

• UI Expertise: Strong experience with SwiftUI (and a solid understanding of UIKit for complex custom views).

• Architecture: Proven experience with modern architectural patterns (MVVM-C, VIPER, or TCA) and modularizing complex codebases using Swift Package Manager (SPM).

• Concurrency: Mastery of modern concurrency models (GCD, Operations, and Swift Concurrency/Actors).

• Tooling: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise) and release management.

• Testing: A test-first mindset with experience in XCTest and XCUITest.
