Now Hiring: Systems Integration Engineer

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Rate: $36.67 per hour

Schedule: Hybrid schedule. Typically 4 days onsite per week. Additional onsite days, overtime, and occasional weekend support may be required during prototype builds and launch events.

Education Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required

  • Master's Degree preferred


Experience Requirements


  • Systems engineering and electrical systems integration experience

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics

  • Experience with electrical system testing and troubleshooting

  • Root cause analysis experience

  • ECU software flashing, diagnostics, and validation experience preferred

  • CAN network experience preferred


Job Duties


  • Design and develop vehicle electrical system schematics

  • Create and maintain system-level documentation, FMEA, and validation plans.

  • Support electrical device transmittal processes.

  • Conduct system integration, compatibility reviews, and validation testing

  • Flash ECU software and calibration files

  • Configure systems and analyze diagnostic and self-test results

  • Support prototype builds, launch events, and production activities.

  • Troubleshoot electrical and electronic system issues

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful system performance.

  • Ability to work in office, laboratory, and manufacturing environments

  • Ability to support prototype and launch builds, including extended hours when needed.
