- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong professional development experience with Python
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Hands-on integration experience with third-party systems
- Knowledge of OAuth, API authentication, and webhooks
- Experience working with JSON, CSV, and data pipelines
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes environments
- Experience with cloud-based applications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills & Experience
- Voice AI or conversational AI experience
- Twilio, Genesys, Five9, or related telephony platforms
- Experience with LLMs and AI-enabled applications
- Healthcare technology experience
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or HIPAA environments
