You'll work closely with stakeholders across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams while helping shape the future of healthcare AI technology. Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of software engineering experience
Strong professional development experience with Python
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
Hands-on integration experience with third-party systems
Knowledge of OAuth, API authentication, and webhooks
Experience working with JSON, CSV, and data pipelines
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes environments
Experience with cloud-based applications
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills & Experience

Voice AI or conversational AI experience
Twilio, Genesys, Five9, or related telephony platforms
Experience with LLMs and AI-enabled applications
Healthcare technology experience
Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or HIPAA environments
Java or Kotlin development experience
Client-facing implementation or solutions engineering background
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or agent frameworks
Startup experience
