Mandatory Requirements:

• At least one valid Epic module certification is required.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the listed Epic modules.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and Epic application functionality.
• Experience with Epic implementation, upgrades, optimization, or production support is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clinical teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced Epic Consultants with expertise in one or more Epic modules to support healthcare IT implementations, system enhancements, application maintenance, and production support.

Candidates with hands-on experience in Epic implementation, configuration, optimization, workflow analysis, and end-user support are encouraged to apply.

Available Epic Modules:

1. Epic Ambulatory / MyChart Outpatient clinical workflows, ambulatory applications, and patient-facing portal functionality.
2. Epic Care Link / Care Everywhere External provider access, care coordination, and health information exchange.
3. Epic Cadence / Prelude Appointment scheduling, registration, patient intake, and front-end revenue cycle workflows.
4. Epic ADT / Grand Central Admission, discharge, transfer, patient movement, bed management, and hospital operations.
5. Epic ClinDoc / Orders / Stork Inpatient clinical documentation, order management, and obstetrics workflows.
6. Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Hospital billing, claims processing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle workflows.
7. Epic OpTime / Anesthesia Surgical scheduling, operating room management, perioperative workflows, and anesthesia documentation.
8. Epic Radiant Radiology workflows, imaging orders, scheduling, and diagnostic imaging management.
9. Epic Beaker / MLAB / WellSky / DI Laboratory information systems, lab workflows, diagnostic integration, and related clinical system support, depending on the specific application.
10. Epic Security User access management, security configuration, role-based permissions, and access controls.
11. Epic Willow Inpatient Inpatient pharmacy workflows, medication management, medication safety, and pharmacy system support.
