VBA Developer with Financial and reporting

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking Financial Analyst with Expert in VBA and Mircosoft Excel. and we have two location austin,tx and Sunnyvale, CA.

We are seeking an experienced VBA Developer to support our finance organization by modernizing financial modeling, reporting, and data workflows. This contract role partners closely with finance leadership to design and build automation solutions that improve accuracy, scalability, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain VBA macros and Excel-based automation tools to improve financial reporting efficiency.

• Build robust financial data models and standardized reporting frameworks across departments.

• Develop dashboards and analytical tools to support financial management and leadership decision-making.

• Architect end-to-end reporting solutions balancing regulatory compliance, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

• Automate legacy finance processes and support the transition toward modern BI and data platforms.

• Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing financial models and spreadsheet systems.
