Today\'s European is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician to join our established independent repair shop in Houston, Texas. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns on European vehicles.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repair services.
- Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with clear repair recommendations.
- Perform quality repairs following manufacturer procedures.
- Road test vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles when necessary.
- Communicate repair recommendations and parts needs with Service Advisors.
- Build accurate parts lists and repair recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- 2+ years of European automotive repair experience.
- A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician experience.
- Strong automotive diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repair skills.
- Experience servicing European makes.
- Comfortable using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a professional work ethic.
- Dealership experience is welcome but not required.
