What You Will Do:
- Create and manage user accounts within a Microsoft-based environment while ensuring proper access controls are maintained
- Establish and maintain Active Directory groups to support the organizational security structure
- Assign and remove users from security groups to align with access policies and operational needs
- Provision mailboxes, network directories, and distribution lists to support internal communication and collaboration
- Ensure processes and systems meet compliance standards and support ongoing security best practices
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Associate''s degree in information technology or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in information security with a focus on Identity and Access Management
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including Active Directory
- Ability to manage user provisioning and access control processes efficiently and accurately
