Systems Analyst II

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal and external file interfaces, requirements, and associated systems and applications
Demonstrate a strong understanding of HIPAA Standard 5010 layouts, including 834 files, proprietary file layouts, and inload schemas to ensure accuracy and provide feedback
Collaborate and partner with internal and external customers, including team members and other departments, to deliver successful initial client implementations and renewals
Create, enhance, and develop SQL queries for data integration and data cleansing
Develop and maintain electronic files using Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Cron, Jira, SolarWinds, and C#
Manage, prioritize, and complete open service requests for existing products and services in a timely manner to support clients and vendors
Escalate service requests and issues when necessary
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
Document and enhance processes and procedures to streamline workflows and enable Software Analyst team members to complete service requests effectively
Work independently and collaboratively while multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines

Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience
High school diploma or equivalent
